My approach to working with clients is highly individualized and takes into consideration your health goals, your training status and your relationship with food and exercise. My goal is to help get you out of the strict calorie counting mentality and get back to enjoying your life and/or your sport.
Food should not be stressful – in fact, stressing about it is MORE detrimental to our health!
My intuitive eating approach blends expertise in nutrition and psychology to help you cultivate a healthy relationship with food and your body.
In the first visit (60 minutes), we will review your health/diet history, explore your past and current history with food, talk about your exercise/lifestyle habits, stressors, sleep, eating habits and much more. At each follow up visit, we will have specific topics to cover to help you achieve your goals. I will provide resources and worksheets for you, as well as unlimited email support between sessions.
You can then choose a package based on the amount of follow up sessions (40 minutes each) necessary.
