Sarah Schlichter is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Public Health.
As a former college athlete and an avid runner, Sarah has firsthand knowledge and experience about how nutrition plays a role in performance and overall well being. Sarah has run countless marathons and half marathons, and has worked with hundreds of runners to help them nail down their nutrition plans for training and general vitality.
Sarah lives in Maryland with her husband, 3 children and energetic golden doodle. She enjoys running, testing new recipes and exploring the outdoors.

Melissa Boufounos is a certified holistic nutritionist, nutrition writer, and lifelong athlete. She writes for MindBodyGreen and several other sports related outlets. She offers performance based nutrition coaching for teen hockey players and competitive obstacle race athletes in her virtual private practice MB Performance Nutrition.
Erin Davis, MS, RDN, CDCES
Erin is a registered dietitian and diabetes educator with over 17 years of experience. She specializes in weight-inclusive diabetes care and prevention, intuitive eating, fitness, and women’s health. She works as a consultant and writer in the health and wellness space. Erin is passionate about empowering people to manage their own health and to have peace with food. She and her husband live in rural Michigan on a hobby farm where she homeschools their 3 children. In her free time, Erin loves to run and lift weights, read, and attend her kids’ sporting events. Jill Merkel, RD, CSSD
Jill Merkel, MS, RD, CSSD, is an anti-diet Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor specializing in sports nutrition and disordered eating. She has been in private practice since January 2017 and she was the team dietitian for the NFL Tennessee Titans for five seasons. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and traveling. She has a goal to run a race in every state and is over halfway there!
