Sarah Schlichter is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Public Health. She is currently working on her certification to become a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).

As a former college athlete and an avid runner, Sarah has firsthand knowledge and experience about how nutrition plays a role in performance and overall well being. Sarah has run countless marathons and half marathons, and has worked with hundreds of runners to help them nail down their nutrition plans for training and general vitality.
